AI Engineering Manager

We are looking for an exceptional AI Engineering Manager to help build and scale the engineering practices, capabilities and ways of working that will power the next generation of AI-enabled products and services across the bank.

This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who is equally passionate about engineering excellence, team development and AI innovation.

You will lead and grow a team of AI Engineers while partnering with senior AI and engineering leaders to create reusable capabilities, agentic engineering workflows and AI-first delivery practices at enterprise scale.

Deep expertise in modern software engineering and enterprise technology delivery.

Strong experience leading engineers in large-scale, complex environments.

Proven capability building and scaling engineering practices, standards and delivery frameworks.

Experience with AI, GenAI, agentic systems, cloud platforms, DevSecOps and modern engineering tooling.

A passion for coaching, mentoring and developing technical talent.

The ability to balance strategic leadership with practical execution.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence across diverse technical communities.
