- Collaborate cross functionally, partnering with product, research, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Contribute directly to how AI systems learn, reason, and perform across domains like finance, healthcare, engineering, and more
- Work hands on with the client's pioneering AI recruiter model, Zara, to design and build next generation systems

- Proven experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable AI models and infrastructure using Python and AWS
- Expertise in developing and integrating advanced LLMs and multimodal systems (text, audio, video, and visual inputs) into core platforms
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to partner with cross functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
- Experience working with large language models and multimodal AI systems, with strong understanding of their applications and limitations
- Strong problem solving skills, with ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions
