About the Role
HUMAIN, a PIF-backed AI company in Saudi Arabia, is hiring an AI Engineer to design and build advanced machine learning systems including LLMs and multimodal AI. The role involves developing scalable AI infrastructure, GPU-accelerated training pipelines, and deploying models in production.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI/ML models, including LLMs and multimodal systems
- Build GPU accelerated training pipelines and distributed training systems
- Design scalable data pipelines for large datasets
- Improve model performance in speed, memory, and efficiency
- Deploy and maintain AI models in production environments
- Collaborate with researchers and engineering teams on AI infrastructure
- Monitor and debug large scale AI systems in cloud and on prem environments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Strong Python and deep learning framework experience (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Experience with distributed training (DDP, FSDP, DeepSpeed, NCCL)
- Knowledge of GPU programming and optimization (CUDA preferred)
- Background in machine learning, deep learning, or HPC systems
- Experience with cloud platforms and large scale datasets is an advantage
- Familiarity with LLMs, NLP, or MLOps tools is a plus

What We're Looking For
