What you will do

Design, build, and deploy AI models into production rather than limiting work to prototypes or wrappers.

Train and optimize models on banking rules, compliance standards, and regulatory datasets.
Build intelligent routing systems for automated approvals and human escalation of complex cases.
Collaborate with engineering leadership on architecture, delivery models, and stack decisions.
Ensure compliance-first design by embedding regulatory considerations into product features.

What we are looking for

3–5+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with a record of deploying AI into production at scale.
Strong backend Python and expertise with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
