Responsibilities
- Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models with a focus on pattern recognition, neural networks, and natural language processing
- Collect and preprocess data, implement and optimize algorithms, and develop prototypes and production grade software
- Conduct experiments to improve model performance and document methodologies
- Interpret results for non technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional teams
- Maintain high standards for reliability, security, and ethical AI practices
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, version control, and collaborative coding practices
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, with experience building, training, and tuning models for classification, prediction, or detection tasks
- Hands on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text preprocessing, language modeling, and applying modern NLP frameworks
- Practical knowledge of machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit learn) and familiarity with data pipelines and APIs
- Ability to analyze complex datasets, design experiments, interpret results, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non technical audiences
- Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment with strong self management, time management, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), MLOps practices, and responsible AI principles is highly beneficial
