Role Overview
Design, build, and deploy generative AI and LLM-based solutions as a hands-on Senior LLM Engineer.
Contribute to roadmap development and collaborate across teams on LLM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop generative AI and LLM systems with LangChain and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques and agent-based frameworks.
- Shape and drive the technical roadmap for LLM initiatives.
- Translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
- Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and performance optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Use Python and SQL for AI system development.
- Have experience with LangChain and modern LLM frameworks.
- Understand prompt tuning, embeddings, vector databases, and agent workflows.
- Have a machine learning or software engineering background with system-level thinking.
- Have experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders.
