Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize AI models and systems for CVFine's platform
- Develop and train machine learning models for pattern recognition and recommendation
- Implement and fine tune neural network architectures
- Enhance NLP capabilities for interview preparation and profile analysis
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into production software
- Monitor model performance and iterate based on user feedback and data
- Contribute to technical documentation and support experiments for new AI features
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
- Practical experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Hands on experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Proficiency in AI/ML programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit learn)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage part time hours
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

Role Description
