- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and strategic growth
- Manage financial performance, set business goals, and ensure consistent delivery of high quality food, beverages, and service
- Lead hiring decisions, staff development, and workplace culture
- Foster strong relationships with local suppliers and business partners
- Direct marketing and brand initiatives
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Oversee guest experience to ensure restaurant’s reputation and standards are upheld
- Be present on site during key service periods, engaging with team and guests
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in restaurant ownership, general management, or senior leadership within fine dining or upscale hospitality
- Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, cost control, and strategic planning
- Proficiency in restaurant operations management, including inventory control, supplier relations, and compliance
- Proven leadership skills with ability to build, mentor, and retain diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with brand development and local marketing initiatives
- Commitment to sustainable sourcing and supporting local businesses
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications or willingness to obtain
- Post secondary education in business, hospitality management, or related field is an asset
