Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models
- Build recommendation engines and AI powered financial assistants
- Develop Generative AI (GenAI) and LLM based features
- Prepare and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Develop AI services and REST APIs for web and mobile applications
- Monitor, optimize, and maintain AI models in production
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver AI driven solutions
- Support MLOps workflows and cloud based deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn, Keras, or similar AI frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Experience with LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases (preferred)
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and MLOps (preferred)
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial analytics (preferred)
