- Salary is £75,000 to £85,000 per year plus share options.
Technical work
- Build LLM-based systems and production Python software.
- Evaluate and experiment with AI systems, including debugging non-deterministic behavior.
- Optimize prompts and programs to improve AI performance.
- Develop multimodal AI across documents, images, and video.
- Deploy systems to production and maintain observability.
- Use human feedback for continuous optimization.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience across AI/ML, LLMs, or applied AI.
