Role Overview
The Generative AI Engineer will build AI-powered quality agents that automate the end-to-end Software Test Life Cycle.
The role focuses on test case generation, script automation, execution workflows, QA productivity, CI/CD integration, and quality dashboards.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Manager SDET.
Responsibilities
- Design AI agents for automated test case, script, data generation, and test execution.
- Develop LLM-powered assistants for test insights, defect analysis, and natural-language test transactions.
- Implement self-healing automation and retrieval-augmented generation using test logs and requirements.
- Integrate AI into CI/CD pipelines and React-based quality dashboards.
- Build autonomous and workflow-based agents using CrewAI or similar frameworks.
- Apply prompt engineering practices and contribute to a centralized prompt library.
