Role Overview

The role provides ownership from problem statement through production and involves debugging AI systems with real-world data.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship end-to-end AI and LLM workflows.
- Develop backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Work with prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, tool calling, and agent workflows.
- Build evaluations to measure accuracy and prevent regressions.
- Use AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or Codex.
- Own features from problem statement to production and improve systems using real-world data.
