Role Description
- The owner is a key figure for defining strategic vision and sustainable growth of the hospital, with direct responsibility for overall supervision.
- This full time, on site role based in Pozzallo involves coordinating clinical and administrative leadership, monitoring service quality, and promoting high standards of safety and patient care.
- Daily tasks include decisions on investments, resource management, infrastructure development, and implementation of new technologies, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- The owner also represents the hospital to partners, institutions, and the local community, ensuring transparency, ethics, and operational continuity.
Qualifications
- Solid experience in managing healthcare facilities, business direction, or administration of complex organizations.
- Competence in strategic planning, financial management, and budget control, with ability to evaluate investments and prioritize projects.
- Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and stakeholder relationship skills.
- Strong orientation to service quality, knowledge of healthcare regulations, decision making ability, professional integrity, and excellent communication skills.
- Degree in economics, management, healthcare, or equivalent, and previous experience in similar roles.
