Responsibilities
- Design, fine tune and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) for conversational AI, knowledge retrieval and intelligent decision support.
- Develop AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and interacting with external tools and services.
- Build multi agent systems that collaborate to automate complex business workflows.
- Implement solutions using the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable seamless integration between AI models, enterprise systems and external APIs.
- Help build scalable AI infrastructure that supports secure data access, dynamic context management and production deployment.
- Contribute to the adoption of emerging AI standards and agent frameworks.
- Design, develop and evaluate machine learning and AI models using structured and unstructured data.
- Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions that enhance user experiences across multiple products.
- Build AI applications for cloud, distributed and edge computing environments.
- Analyse data, identify patterns and develop predictive models that deliver meaningful business insights.
- Help shape the organisation's AI roadmap and future technology direction.
- Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Strong experience developing AI and machine learning solutions in production environments.
- Experience working with Large Language Models and modern AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning and machine learning techniques.
- Experience integrating AI models with APIs and enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with Agentic AI architectures and the Model Context Protocol (MCP) would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
