Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop AI-enabled product features using modern AI frameworks.
• Build and evaluate machine learning and generative AI solutions.
• Work with large language models and Retrieval Augmented Generation architectures.
• Support prompt engineering, model evaluation, and experimentation.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI services into enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product engineering teams to operationalize AI solutions.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Applicants should be fresh graduates with a B.Tech or M.Tech in computer science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, or a related discipline.
• English proficiency at C2 level is required.
• A strong academic background and AI or machine learning projects or internships are preferred.

Technical skills

• Preferred technical skills include Python, machine learning fundamentals, deep learning basics, large language models, generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, SQL, and Git.
• LangChain or Semantic Kernel experience is preferred.
• Azure AI or OpenAI exposure is preferred.

Workplace and schedule

• The role is hybrid in Pune, India.
• The work shift is daytime.
