We are looking for an AI Enablement Coordinator to support the global adoption of new AI solutions, tools, and technology enabled processes across the consulting business at Simon Kucher.
Reporting to the Global Director, Change and AI Enablement, this role sits within the Global Transformation Office.
This role will support firm wide change and communications activities, help drive AI skill building, operationally assist the global network of change champions, help measure adoption, impact, and value creation, and prepare reporting materials.

Communications: Support internal adoption campaigns for new AI tools; co create communication materials; translate AI initiatives into relevant messages.
AI Features Testing: Test new AI tools and features; identify usability issues and adoption barriers; improve launch readiness.
AI Training Support: Maintain prompt libraries; coordinate demos and training sessions; collect use cases and learning needs.
Monitoring Metrics: Support tracking of adoption and engagement metrics; help identify patterns and priority areas.
Reporting: Collect feedback; provide logistical and analytical support; help prepare tables, infographics, and presentation materials.
Champions Network: Support operations of the change champions network; coordinate distribution of materials; facilitate drop ins.

3+ years of experience in internal communications, change, training coordination, project coordination, PMO, or program support.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, psychology, HR, marketing, or related field.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
Highly organized, pragmatic, and execution focused.
Strong numeric thinking and confidence working with adoption data.
Fluency using ChatGPT or other AI supported writing and analysis tools.
Experience with a variety of AI tools (Claude, Synthesia, Copilot, Hubspot, Whispr).
Strong digital collaboration skills and strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Experience using intranet platforms, MS Teams and SharePoint.

Pay range: 80,000 90,000 CAD/year.
