Mark43 is building an AI-augmented engineering team to rethink how software is designed, developed, and delivered.

The Software Engineer will help lead an AI-enabled engineering initiative and integrate intelligent agentic tools into the engineering stack.

Design multi-agent systems with coding-focused agents for writing, reviewing, testing, and deploying code.
Write prompts, logic, and scaffolding that guide each agent's behavior.
Enable agents to access file systems, test runners, version control, and internal APIs.
Evaluate and refine agent output, performance, collaboration patterns, and feedback loops.
Prototype coding assistant workflows using open-source LLMs and internal knowledge bases.
Lead architecture discussions on agentic build pipelines or automated pull request generation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build fast, AI-powered interfaces for internal tooling.
Help define evaluation frameworks for AI contribution accuracy, speed, and impact.
Mentor teammates on combining TypeScript and AI tools to accelerate UI prototyping.
Explore safe and secure integration of generative AI into a public sector codebase.
Participate in the on-call rotation.
