About the Role
SynthDyne seeks an AI Deployment Specialist to deploy AI teammates across operations, finance, engineering, compliance, and manufacturing. The role offers three tracks: process design, QA oversight, or enterprise integration.

Responsibilities
- Analyze how human teams work, map friction points, and design step by step logic for AI automation (Track 1)
- Oversee Synths in live and simulated environments, audit outputs, correct errors, refine prompts (Track 2)
- Oversee connections between Synths and corporate infrastructure like Slack, Workday, SAP, GitHub (Track 3)
Requirements
- Tech & AI Fluency: hands on understanding of generative AI tools
- Adaptability in a fast paced, experimental environment
- Availability: 15–20 hours per week, with ability to commute to Dubai hub 1–2 days a week
- Must agree to ecosystem compliance and data sovereignty policies

The Three Specialized Tracks
- TRACK 1: HUMAN INTELLIGENCE & PROCESS DESIGN Best for logical thinkers who love organizing chaos. Objective: Analyze how human teams work, map friction points, design step by step logic for Synth automation.
- TRACK 2: AI DEPLOYMENT & QA OVERSIGHT Best for detail oriented individuals. Objective: Oversee Synths in live and simulated environments, audit outputs, correct errors, refine prompts.
- TRACK 3: ENTERPRISE APPLICATIONS INTEGRATION Best for tech savvy problem solvers. Objective: Help oversee connections between Synths and corporate infrastructure (Slack, Workday, SAP, GitHub).
What You Bring to SynthDyne
- Tech & AI Fluency: A highly practical, hands on understanding of how to use generative AI tools to speed up workflows and solve problems.
- Adaptability: Deep comfort in a fast paced, experimental environment.
- Availability: Must be able to commit to 15–20 hours per week, with the ability to commute to our Dubai hub 1–2 days a week.
