As an AI, Data & Technology Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the AI, Data & Technology Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel.
From day one, you’ll be empowered by the greater team to help clients make the moves that will help them achieve their vision and help you achieve more, confidently.
Your day-to-day may include:
Develop an understanding of how commercial and large nonprofit organizations function from an organizational, operational, process, and technology perspective.
Assist in building high value solutions that leverage AI engineering, data engineering, and data science.
Continuously build professional and technical skills while staying informed about technology trends and solutions relevant to client challenges.
Support proposal development and client presentations by performing research, preparing materials, and assisting with opportunity identification activities.
Assist in conducting assessments of client technology environments against industry best practices and maturity model frameworks.
Contribute to the development of recommendations and implementation roadmaps that address client needs and business objectives.
Support application package selection, solution design, and implementation planning engagements for public and private organizations.
Apply problem-solving skills and analytical thinking to help address business and technology challenges.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and assist in synthesizing findings into meaningful insights.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients through clear, organized, and professional written and verbal communications.
Assist in the preparation of business cases, process improvement analyses, and technology transformation initiatives.
Support the development and analysis of financial models, budgets, and other quantitative assessments.
Collaborate with team members across engagements and contribute to a positive team environment.
Build professional relationships with clients and colleagues while developing consulting and client-service skills.
Contribute to internal initiatives, knowledge sharing, and practice development efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
You have the following technical skills and qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics, Management Information Systems, AI, Data Science or related field required.
Minimum overall GPA of 3.0/4.0.
Demonstrated digital fluency through the effective use of technology, data, and basic AI technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Excellent analytical, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical aptitude and skillset (variety of capabilities and / or tools).
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a complex team environment.
Able to understand current processes and future state processes based on business objectives.
Ability to analyze and understand client needs, objectives, and how technology may be applied for efficiencies.
Ability to travel to various client sites as needed on short notice.
The willingness and ability to work additional hours, as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
No visa sponsorship is available for this position.
The pay rate for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL office is $90,000 per year.
