- Review, sort, and organize Markdown files and other text based documents
- Categorize content according to predefined topics, projects, departments, or data structures
- Prepare, clean, and format textual data for AI training and internal knowledge bases
- Check Markdown files for formatting errors, broken links, incorrect headings, duplicate content, and structural inconsistencies
- Rename, move, merge, or separate files according to internal documentation standards
- Review AI generated responses and evaluate their accuracy, relevance, clarity, and compliance with instructions
- Identify incorrect, outdated, duplicated, or incomplete information within datasets
- Label and annotate text data based on established guidelines
- Create and maintain consistent folder structures, tags, metadata, and naming conventions
- Convert unstructured information into clear and structured Markdown documentation
- Collect, organize, and categorize feedback related to AI responses and system performance
- Report recurring content issues, data gaps, and inconsistencies to the relevant departments
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Markdown syntax and document structure
- Ability to work confidently with files, folders, text documents, and structured data
- English language proficiency, particularly strong reading and written comprehension
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify small formatting or content errors
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to process large volumes of information accurately and consistently
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, classification rules, and content guidelines
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate the quality and relevance of information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with AI tools, language models, datasets, or content management systems is considered an advantage
- Basic knowledge of Git, GitHub, GitLab, or version control systems is considered an advantage
- Basic knowledge of HTML, YAML, JSON, or other structured text formats is considered an advantage

- Strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to identify errors or incomplete information are essential for this position.

Working Conditions
- Salary: 12,500 AED per month
- Additional bonuses for high workload periods: up to 10,000 AED per year
- Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Peak workload periods may occur during major dataset updates, AI training cycles, or project deadlines
- The role requires extended work with text documents, computer files, and AI based systems
- Training, internal guidelines, and task specific instructions will be provided
