Role Overview
Lead the company's overall AI transformation across real estate sales, customer service, marketing, and operations.
Report to the CEO and drive practical AI adoption across the organization.
AI Transformation and Commercial Efficiency
- Identify AI application opportunities and develop implementation strategies.
- Build or optimize AI-powered customer engagement systems such as websites, WhatsApp, and chatbots.
- Optimize sales follow-up workflows, conversion strategies, online marketing, and lead generation.
- Use AI to create property listings, advertising copy, multilingual marketing content, and promotional materials.
Automation and Analytics
- Automate contracts, reporting, data processing, and other operational workflows.
- Analyze sales performance, customer profiles, and project performance.
- Provide insights and recommendations to support management decision-making.
Systems and Vendor Management
- Lead AI solution selection, deployment, and implementation.
- Coordinate with AI vendors, development teams, and technology partners.
- Integrate AI solutions with CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and other business systems.
- Build the company's internal AI knowledge base and AI agent ecosystem.
Training and Governance
- Develop AI usage guidelines and governance practices.
- Train sales, marketing, and other departments to use AI tools effectively.
- Promote AI adoption and establish AI performance evaluation mechanisms.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering AI implementation or automation projects.
- Familiarity with leading AI models and tools such as ChatGPT, Codex, Claude, and Gemini.
- Strong understanding of real estate sales and marketing processes.
- Proficiency in AI tools and AI workflow design.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales process optimization.
- Strong analytical, execution, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Dubai real estate experience is highly preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is listed as AED 1.00 to AED 11.00 per month.
- The employer states that the salary package depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and market standards.
