About the Role
HYPERMUSE Studio is seeking a Creative Project Manager to serve as the operational engine for AI image and video production. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, client management, and studio revenue growth.

Responsibilities
- Own end to end delivery of AI image/video projects from kickoff to final delivery across multiple clients and timelines
- Lead client communication throughout: run production check ins, manage expectations, drive next steps, consolidate feedback
- Partner on early stage alignment: support brief intake and concept alignment phase
- Build production framework for each project: timelines, milestones, review cycles, approval gates, definition of done
- Run working sessions with Creative + Production to keep output flowing and remove blockers
- Create clean systems and documentation: briefs, alignment notes, review trackers, handoff packages, delivery folders
- Manage trust and compliance signals: ensure clarity on what's being produced and approved
- Continuously improve how the studio runs: identify bottlenecks, refine workflows, implement better processes
Requirements
- At least 6 years of project management experience in a creative agency, VFX studio, cinema production, 3D animation studio, or social first marketing agency
- Proven experience managing multiple projects in parallel with high client touch, tight timelines, and many stakeholders
- Strong production instincts: understanding how creative work is made and how to keep it moving
- Excellent client presence and proactive commercial mindset
- Highly organized and systems minded
- Comfortable in fast moving environments where tools and workflows evolve quickly
- Enough creative sensitivity to contribute: spot risks, ask right questions, help shape direction
- Experience building scalable workflows in a growing studio or start up environment
