Responsibilities
- Review, evaluate, and monitor AI generated and user generated content for compliance with platform policies and community guidelines
- Assess various forms of content including text, images, videos, audio, and AI generated outputs
- Identify harmful or inappropriate material and take appropriate actions per company policies
- Analyze moderation cases, document review outcomes, and escalate complex situations
- Support AI model training and evaluation by reviewing content annotations and validating AI generated responses
- Monitor emerging online risks and analyze moderation trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, Psychology, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Law, Social Sciences, Linguistics, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of content moderation principles, community standards, platform policies, and digital safety practices
- Familiarity with AI generated content, generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and content governance concepts
- Ability to evaluate text, image, video, audio, and multimedia content objectively and consistently
- Strong analytical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify policy violations and content risks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive, graphic, or potentially disturbing content professionally

Role Description
