About the role
Antrino Labs is hiring an experienced AI Backend Engineer to build services that turn customer intent into working intelligence.
The role owns backend reasoning and orchestration between AI models and infrastructure, including graph compilation, execution, routing, and structured outputs.
Location and employment
- The position is fully remote within India.
- Employment is full-time and permanent.
- The role is expected to join the Bangalore founding local team from 2027.
Main responsibilities
- Build backend services for detection, classification, and measurement using Python and FastAPI.
- Compile Studio graphs into execution plans and build the runtime that deploys and executes them.
- Design cost- and confidence-gated routing across detection backends and model APIs.
- Build Agent flows for customer interviews, graph editing, and deployment confirmation.
- Integrate first-party detection models and frontier model APIs behind one clean interface.
- Turn model outputs into structured, auditable events and evidence.
- Design stream, behavior, run, and event APIs and data models using PostgreSQL through Supabase.
- Work with real-time video ingestion, stream state, live processing, and archive pipelines.
