About the Role
Dynamic Decision Consulting seeks an AI Automation & Data Operations Specialist to build high-velocity B2B prospecting data layers, run programmatic AI diagnostic audits, and manage complex retrieval pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Own and scale master prospecting engines inside Clay, constructing highly targeted B2B company databases, configuring multi provider email verification waterfalls, and managing clean data hygiene
- Design, deploy, and maintain advanced multi step integration scenarios utilizing webhooks, conditional routers, and error handling logic loops on Make.com
- Integrate live LLM search functionalities (via Perplexity API, OpenAI API, and Anthropic API) directly into data spreadsheets to dynamically extract market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Set up and manage lookalike corporate outbound domains, monitor technical email infrastructure, configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), oversee warm up health, and aggressively optimize inbox deliverability scores
- Assist in building and deploying customized technical JSON LD schema blocks, graph database mappings, and structured data entities to maximize clients' AI engine visibility
Requirements
- Proven, hands on experience building complex commercial workflows inside Clay.com and Make.com (or Zapier/n8n)
- Proficient in making HTTP requests, parsing raw JSON text structures, handling bearer token authorizations, and manipulating data variables dynamically via AI prompt logic
- Deep understanding of cold email setup parameters, including domain redirection, master inbox routing, spin tax usage, and deliverability maintenance
- Experience building deterministic system prompts for GPT 4/Claude to extract exact, formatted string variables without structural variations
- Reside in the UAE and possess an active network, independent freelance visa, or be legally eligible for corporate sponsorship

Key Responsibilities
- Data Architecture & Enrichment (Clay.com): Own and scale our master prospecting engines inside Clay. Construct highly targeted B2B company databases, configure multi provider email verification waterfalls, and manage clean data hygiene.
- Workflow Orchestration (Make.com): Design, deploy, and maintain advanced multi step integration scenarios utilizing webhooks, conditional routers, and error handling logic loops.
- AI Engine API Management: Integrate live LLM search functionalities (via Perplexity API, OpenAI API, and Anthropic API) directly into our data spreadsheets to dynamically extract market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Deliverability Engineering (Smartlead.ai / Instantly): Set up and manage lookalike corporate outbound domains. Monitor technical email infrastructure, configure DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), oversee warm up health, and aggressively optimize inbox deliverability scores.
- GEO Client Implementation: Assist in building and deploying customized technical JSON LD schema blocks, graph database mappings, and structured data entities to maximize clients' AI engine visibility.
Required Technical Skillset
- Platform Mastery: Proven, hands on experience building complex commercial workflows inside Clay.com and Make.com (or Zapier/n8n).
- API & Data Handling: Proficient in making HTTP requests, parsing raw JSON text structures, handling bearer token authorizations, and manipulating data variables dynamically via AI prompt logic.
- Email Infrastructure: Deep understanding of cold email setup parameters, including domain redirection, master inbox routing, spin tax usage, and deliverability maintenance.
- Prompt Engineering: Experience building deterministic system prompts for GPT 4/Claude to extract exact, formatted string variables without structural variations.
- Pluses (Highly Valued): Familiarity with Schema.org vocabularies, basic Python scripting (BeautifulSoup/Selenium), or Graph Databases (Neo4j).
