AI-Augmented Full-Stack Engineer - Vice President

Experience with Angular at production scale; React or Vue as additional frontend exposure

Exposure to agentic AI patterns, MCP, A2A workflows, or agent development frameworks such as Google ADK

Familiarity with 12-Factor App principles and microservices architecture

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

You have personally delivered features that are in production, trusted by the business, and cited as examples of how good engineering is done here.

Stakeholders - technical and non-technical - come to you with hard problems because they trust your judgement and your ability to translate complexity into a clear , actionable direction.

The engineers around you are measurably better for working alongside you. Not because you ran workshops, but because your code, your reviews, and your approach set a standard worth following.

You have shaped how AI is used on this team - not by mandating tools, but by demonstrating what thoughtful, effective AI-augmented engineering actually looks like in practice.
