Responsibilities
- Build accurately dimensioned 3D concept models for booths of varying formats and sizes
- Generate multiple polished concept directions per brief using AI assisted rendering tools
- Produce short animated presentation clips to support client pitches
- Deliver full walkthrough quality videos for highest priority opportunities
- Prepare final 2D plans, print ready graphic sheets, and furniture/fixture logs for production
- Work closely with business development team to turn incoming briefs into visuals on tight turnarounds
Requirements
- Proven experience in booth, retail, or interior 3D design
- Strong, fast, and precise SketchUp skills
- Experience with AI assisted visualization/rendering tools (e.g., Chaos Veras, Enscape, or similar)
- Working knowledge of CAD documentation (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or SketchUp LayOut)
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects under real deadline pressure
- Strong visual instincts and ability to iterate quickly

The Role
- We're looking for a 3D designer who's fast, precise, and comfortable working with AI assisted visualization tools to turn client briefs into compelling, accurately scaled booth concepts — quickly.
- You'll be central to how we pitch new business: producing concept visuals and short presentation videos that win contracts, then handing off to full technical documentation once a project is confirmed.
- This is not a slow, boutique pace design role. We work in a high volume, fast turnaround proposal environment for international clients, and we're building out a modern, AI supported workflow to match that pace without sacrificing design quality or dimensional accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Build accurately dimensioned 3D concept models for booths of varying formats and sizes (modular, custom, island, double deck)
- Generate multiple polished concept directions per brief using AI assisted rendering tools, keeping true to scale geometry throughout
- Produce short animated presentation clips to support client pitches
- Deliver full walkthrough quality videos for our highest priority opportunities
- Prepare final 2D plans, print ready graphic sheets, and furniture/fixture logs once a project is confirmed and moves to production
- Work closely with our business development team to turn incoming briefs into visuals on tight turnarounds
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in booth, retail, or interior 3D design
- Strong, fast, and precise SketchUp skills (dimensional accuracy is non negotiable — nothing gets built off a guess)
- Experience with AI assisted visualization/rendering tools (e.g., Chaos Veras, Enscape, or similar) — or genuine enthusiasm to get fluent fast
- Working knowledge of CAD documentation (AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or SketchUp LayOut)
- Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects under real deadline pressure
- Strong visual instincts, and the ability to take client feedback and iterate quickly rather than over engineering a first draft
