Role Overview
This is a senior technical role responsible for solution architecture across AI and machine learning client engagements.
The role is focused on delivery and architecture leadership with client interaction, not sales.
The stated location is Noida.
What You Will Do
- Own solution architecture for AI and machine learning engagements involving agentic systems, RAG pipelines, conversational AI, computer vision, predictive ML, and data integration layers.
- Lead discovery and solution definition for new projects, including system design, component design, model and stack selection, and integration approach.
- Participate in client technical discussions and present proposed architectures to client stakeholders.
- Conduct design and code reviews across multiple concurrent projects and act as a senior technical escalation point.
- Define practice-level standards, reference architectures, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, cost and latency optimization, and observability.
- Mentor mid-level and junior engineers.
- Evaluate multi-agent frameworks, MCP, model routing, and fine-tuning approaches for adoption.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years in software or machine learning engineering.
- A strong foundation in classical machine learning, including computer vision, natural language processing, or predictive modeling.
- At least 3 years designing LLM or GenAI systems in production.
- Strong backend and distributed systems knowledge covering APIs, databases, queues, caching, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on expertise in Python, LangChain or LangGraph, FastAPI, vector databases, and agent orchestration.
- Sound machine learning fundamentals covering training, evaluation, data quality, and model failure modes.
- Strong communication and articulation skills for presenting and defending technical decisions with clients and internal teams.
- Experience mentoring engineers and reviewing designs across projects.
