Role overview
The Enterprise AI Team drives internal adoption of AI and turns emerging capabilities into business outcomes.
This role builds and operates the cloud platform, delivery pipelines, runtimes, integrations, security controls, and reusable components supporting production AI solutions.
How you contribute
- Build and operate a secure, reliable, production-grade AI platform on the cloud.
- Manage reproducible infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform.
- Build CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and security gates.
- Operate model and agent serving, evaluation, prompt management, versioning, and LLMOps tooling.
- Build secure data connectors, pipelines, and integrations for AI solutions.
- Implement IAM, secrets, egress, policy-as-code, data classification, and responsible AI controls.
- Create shared libraries, templates, and self-service tooling for platform users.
- Implement monitoring, logging, cost tracking, SLOs, reliability practices, and incident response.
- Partner with automation engineers, architects, platform teams, InfoSec, and business builders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
