Role Overview
Design, build, and operate the foundational infrastructure powering EY's AI, GenAI, and agentic AI solutions in production.
Own AI gateways, agent deployment pipelines, and observability infrastructure for secure, performant, and cost-efficient enterprise AI.
Work across client engagements with AI Architects and AI Engineers to operationalize enterprise agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage multi-agent systems, orchestration frameworks, AI gateways, telemetry, monitoring, guardrails, and agent runtime environments.
- Deploy scalable, highly available generative and agentic AI solutions, including MCP server operations, A2A, and LLM proxies.
- Build and deploy AI agents and agentic workflows using AI agent frameworks.
- Implement CI/CD automation, reusable Infrastructure-as-Code, and MLOps and LLMOps practices across environments.
- Build governance, risk management, and responsible AI controls for autonomous and semi-autonomous systems.
- Contribute to thought leadership, AI assets, accelerators, delivery standards, and go-to-market offerings.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to AI and machine learning delivery standards.
