Responsibilities
- Analyse, solution design and architect Multi Agentic Systems
- Actively develop with AI Engineers, optimising cost and increasing performance
- Conduct systematic ML Trainings and evaluations to achieve accuracy improvements
- Deploy AI Agentic solutions into existing web, mobile, enterprise projects and legacy systems
- Build and train machine learning models and implement neural network architectures
- Integrate AI components into production systems
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Business Analysts, product managers, and QA teams
- Conduct research and evaluate new AI frameworks and tools
- Prepare process flows, technical designs, solution focused presentations, and documentation
- Lead and represent Webotix AI team in Agile Project Ceremonies and retrospectives
Requirements
- Strong foundation in AI/ML Models, Computer Science and Software Development
- Hands on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) including building AI Agents
- Proficiency with AI/ML tools and frameworks (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn)
- Experience integrating AI services into web or mobile applications via APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to work on site in cross functional teams
- Clear written and verbal communication in English

- Webotix IT Consultancy is a leading software and product development company based in Dubai, specializing in custom AI Agent development, web and mobile application development, API development, and integration.
- The company serves sectors such as eGovernment, BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, and hospitality, with clients including Etisalat and other prominent UAE organizations.
Role Description
- Analyse, solution design and architect Multi Agentic Systems performing skilled tasks.
- Actively develop with AI Engineers, regularly optimising cost, increasing performance, and achieving continual improvements in accuracy.
- Deploy AI Agentic solutions in existing Webotix’s web, mobile, enterprise projects, and legacy systems.
- Build and train machine learning models, implement neural network architectures, guard railing, and integrate AI components into production systems.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Business Analysts, product managers, software engineers, UI/UX team and QA teams.
- Conduct extensive research, learning and evaluate new AI frameworks and tools.
- Prepare high quality process flows, technical designs, solution focused presentations, documentation, FRS, SRS, API Docs.
- Lead and represent Webotix AI team in Agile Project Ceremonies and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in AI/ML Models, Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, architecture, security and clean coding practices.
- Hands on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real world applications.
- Practical expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including building and deploying AI Agents, chatbots, AI analytics solutions, automation workflows and integration.
- Proficiency with common AI/ML tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit learn) and experience with model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Experience integrating AI services into web or mobile applications via APIs, microservices, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong problem solving skills, ability to work on site in cross functional teams, and clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Experience in domains such as banking, eGovernment, healthcare, or ERP systems is an advantage.
