Join an experienced team as an AI / Agent Engineer, also described as an AI Builder.

Build and evolve the agentic layer of the platform, including MCP servers, tools, skills, and graph-RAG pipelines.

Partner with product, data, and QA teams to improve answer quality and factual grounding.

Build and evolve MCP servers, tools, and skills that expose the platform to multiple LLMs such as Claude and Gemini.
Design and refine graph-RAG pipelines that transform documents into representations of facts, entities, and relationships.
Implement retrieval across source-document, vector-RAG, and dense-graph tiers, including temporal replay.
Partner with QA on evaluation-driven improvements to answer quality and factual grounding.
Write clean, well-tested, production-grade code and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with product, data, and QA in an agile or sprint-based model.
Document designs, prompts, and tool interfaces for maintainability and handover.
Monitor deployed agents and models, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on performance.
Stay current with the fast-moving LLM and agent tooling landscape.
