Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site AI Agent Developer role based in Nagpur.
The AI Agent Developer will design, build, and maintain AI agents to support internal operations, customer interactions, and process automation.
Daily responsibilities include gathering requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications, and implementing AI-driven workflows.
The role involves integrating AI agents with existing tools and data sources, testing performance, and iterating on models and prompts for accuracy, reliability, and safety.
The AI Agent Developer will also document solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical support and training to teammates who use these AI systems.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in software development, including experience with one or more programming languages commonly used for AI (such as Python or JavaScript), version control, and debugging.
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including large language models, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and integrating AI APIs into applications.
- Experience designing and building workflow automations or chat-based agents, including requirements gathering, solution design, and user-centric testing.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms or deployment environments, APIs, and basic data structures to connect AI agents with internal tools and data sources.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex workflows into modular, testable components.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including documenting technical designs and explaining AI behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, collaborate effectively in a team setting, and manage time and priorities in a full-time environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; previous work with automotive, manufacturing, or operations-focused solutions is a plus.
