AHS Solutions Manager

Tertiary qualifications in Mining, Engineering, Business or a related discipline. Significant experience and a proven track record in a comparable leadership role within mining, automation or heavy industry will also be considered.

Proven leadership experience within mining, mobile plant, automation, technology or other heavy industrial sectors.

Demonstrated success leading sales teams and delivering sustainable growth, profitability and customer outcomes.

Strong understanding of autonomous mining technologies, fleet management systems, digital solutions or operational technologies will be highly regarded.

Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Strong commercial and analytical capability with the ability to translate market and business insights into strategic action.

Exceptional communication, negotiation and influencing skills.

Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while maintaining a strong focus on operational delivery and results.

A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people, building capability and leading high-performing teams.

Site-based in Perth or Brisbane (5 days per week)
