AHS Automation Performance Manager

Support the visualisation and submission of Continuous Improvement ideas.

Participate in activities such as change management, functional safety, and training material development.

Utilise data analytics tools and methodologies to derive actionable insights and make informed recommendations for performance enhancement.

Implement monitoring systems to track performance metrics and assess the impact of improvements over time.

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AHS Performance Specialists and Data Analysts.

Build strong internal and external relationships and work collaboratively across teams.

Provide regular performance feedback, set clear goals, and support the professional growth of team members.

Work experience & Qualifications:

Essential:

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is advantageous.

Proven experience in mining operations with a focus on performance improvement.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

Knowledge of mining equipment, technologies, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable:

Experience with autonomous mining systems (AHS) and associated operational technologies.

Familiarity with continuous improvement frameworks and methodologies.

Exposure to large-scale open cut mining operations.
