AH and RH Operations Manager

Role Overview

Core Responsibilities

• Lead regional air and rail operations, including day-to-day execution, planning, network expansion, and carrier management.
• Build relationships with air and rail carriers, forwarding agents, airports, and terminal authorities.
• Create and manage air and rail haul schedules weekly and monthly.
• Plan and scale capacity for peak sales events to meet customer experience requirements.

Network and Improvement Programs

• Lead initiatives involving network speed, reliability, and expansion with central stakeholders.
• Manage continuous improvement projects focused on cost and efficiency.
• Drive programs and projects of national or regional importance across multiple stakeholders.
• Manage operational metrics and motivate others while supporting rapid organizational growth.

Basic Qualifications

• At least two years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or at least two years of Amazon blue-badge or FTE experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques is preferred.
