Training positions are offered under a structured training agreement of up to two years , designed to progressively build skills and qualifications.
Training candidates will receive:
Hands-on, paid training across Agro operations, yard, plant, and delivery functions.
Support and sponsorship to upgrade to a Class 3 or Class 1 driver’s license.
Safety certifications, including NH3 training.
Ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
Increasing responsibility as competencies are achieved.
Upon successful completion of the training agreement, candidates will be considered for long-term, full-time roles within Twin Valley Co-op’s Agro Operations.
Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
Willingness to work outdoors in all seasons and perform physically demanding tasks.
Ability to lift 55+ lbs., bend, kneel, shovel, and stand for extended periods.
Strong interest in agriculture and willingness to learn.
