- Plan, design, and develop large-scale agricultural farms, including new farm setup and expansion projects.
- Lead and manage greenhouse operations, ensuring optimal climate control, irrigation, and crop productivity.
- Develop and implement organic farming systems in compliance with national and international standards.
- Oversee production of vegetables, fruits, and other crops with a focus on quality, yield, and sustainability.
- Design and implement efficient irrigation, fertigation, and water management systems.
- Supervise day-to-day farm operations, including planting, harvesting, pest control, and post-harvest handling.
- Introduce modern agricultural technologies such as hydroponics, drip irrigation, and precision farming.
- Ensure proper soil health management, composting systems, and organic fertilizer application.
- Monitor and control pests and diseases using environmentally friendly and sustainable practices.
- Manage farm staff, labor, and technical teams, providing training and performance supervision.
- Prepare production plans, budgets, and operational reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, buyers, and stakeholders for smooth farm operations and product marketing.
- Conduct research and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance farm productivity and reduce costs.
- Evaluate farm performance and implement strategies for long-term agricultural sustainability and profitability.
