Position Overview
- We are seeking a skilled Agriculture Engineer with approved ADQC certificate to supervise pest control treatments and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Supervise pest control treatments including application of pesticides, traps, and other control methods
- Perform thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest infestations, entry points, and conducive conditions
- Develop treatment plans and recommend preventive measures
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatment procedures
- Maintain accurate records of service visits, treatments applied, chemicals used, and client communication
- Adhere to all relevant regulations and safety standards
- Conduct weekly staff meetings related to site activity and problems
- Ensure work is executed on time and according to contract specification
- Schedule and coordinate with team leaders and technicians
Qualifications
- Previous experience in pest control or related field is required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
