Requirements

- Strong experience in fruits and vegetable farming operations
- Knowledge of UAE climate conditions, soil behavior, salinity management, and water optimization
- Experience in introducing and testing new crop varieties suitable for GCC markets
- Strong understanding of greenhouse farming, hydroponics, fertigation, and irrigation systems
- Experience in crop planning, cultivation scheduling, and yield optimization
- Familiarity with modern agricultural technologies and smart farming systems
- Ability to manage labor teams, supervisors, and daily farm operations
- Strong reporting, documentation, and operational planning skills
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
- English communication mandatory; Arabic/Hindi/Malayalam is an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement advanced farming strategies for fruits and vegetables cultivation
- Research and introduce new commercially viable crops suitable for UAE conditions
- Improve farm productivity, crop quality, and overall operational efficiency
- Conduct soil analysis, irrigation assessments, and crop performance evaluations
- Monitor pest control, disease management, and crop nutrition programs
- Implement water-saving techniques and sustainable agricultural practices
- Supervise greenhouse, hydroponic, and open-field farming activities
- Coordinate with suppliers, seed companies, fertilizer providers, and agricultural consultants
- Prepare cultivation plans, production reports, and seasonal forecasts
- Train and supervise farm workers and operational staff
- Ensure compliance with UAE agricultural and environmental standards
- Support management in long-term agricultural expansion and innovation planning
