Agile Program Delivery Manager

5+ years' experience in agile practices and coaching dynamic teams with proven results and deliverables

3+ years as part of a high-performance marketing organization (i.e. large consumer brand, cutting-edge advertising agency, leading financial services organization, or marketing/media practice of a top management consulting firm)

Subject matter expert in agile practices (Scrum framework)

High level of accountability

Collaboration, leading through influence, relationship building across diverse groups and teams

Able to gather and prioritize information for quick, informed decisions

Experience spanning ideation through development and execution

Advocate for using capacity to optimize OKR and customer experience

Strong negotiation skills and willingness to challenge and be challenged

Experienced in backlog building, burndown tracking, etc

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
