Agile Coach

Empathy and trust to help foster coaching relationships;

Curiosity without judgment or bias;

Growth mindset and role modeling this for others;

Comfort working in complexity and uncertainty (The gray zone);

Ability to manage resistance to change and influence stakeholders toward an Agile mindset.

Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) , Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC), or equivalent;

Kanban or Lean certification, or equivalent;

Proven experience in organizational change management, or a recognized change management certification (such as PROSCI);

Demonstrable experience leading large-scale Agile adoptions across diverse teams (preferably in telecommunications, media, or tech);

Experience in industries outside of software development, demonstrating versatility in applying Agile principles.

While we do not subscribe to a specific scaling framework, direct work experience scaling Agile across an enterprise is preferred;

Advanced data analysis or proficiency in utilizing Agile metric dashboards;

Knowledge or experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence is highly preferred.
