Responsibilities
- Manage daily updates across aggregator platforms including menu items, prices, images, modifiers, combos, and promotions
- Monitor sales, ratings, customer reviews, cancellations, order issues, and platform performance
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, dispatch, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order flow
- Plan and execute offers, discounts, bundles, and seasonal campaigns to increase online sales
- Work closely with aggregator account managers for banners, campaigns, visibility, and marketing support
- Analyze reports and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversion, average order value, and customer experience
- Monitor competitor offers, pricing, and product trends in the UAE delivery market
- Ensure all product listings are accurate, attractive, and compliant with platform guidelines
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with recommendations
Requirements
- 3–4 years of UAE experience in aggregator management, preferably in F&B, bakery, coffee, restaurant, cloud kitchen, or QSR
- Strong experience with Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Keeta, Instashop, Noon Food, or similar platforms
- Good knowledge of online menu optimization, promotions, pricing, and delivery platform operations
- Experience with Deliverect, ChatFood, Shopify, or POS integrations is an advantage
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple platforms at the same time
- Must be based in the UAE

Job Overview
