1. Shape Digital Strategy: Contribute to the formulation and execution of Airbus’s overarching digital strategy by identifying emerging technology trends and mapping them to business opportunities.

2. Data Analysis & Insights: Extract, clean, and model complex datasets from multiple business functions to deliver actionable intelligence and dashboards that drive fact-based corporate decisions.

3. Stakeholder Management: Interfacing with cross-functional international stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate data insights, and align strategic digital initiatives.

4. Influence & Decision Support: Prepare data-backed business cases and strategic presentations to influence leadership and justify investments in digital transformation.

Your development journey will include a minimum of one rotational placement to support your growth into position.

At the end of the two year development programme, you will have developed into the position of AGGP2027 Graduate Digital Strategy & Data Analyst! What we are looking for? To be a successful applicant, you will need to demonstrate you have:

- A degree level or equivalent within Data Science, Business Analytics, Strategic Management, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. - Recently graduated or first professional experience in the field of data analytics, corporate strategy, or digital transformation projects.

- Knowledge in data tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Palantir Foundry, Tableau, PowerBI).

- A desire to work in a collaborative team environment, focused on driving future innovation.

- Strong verbal and written communication in our business language (English)

- The ability to be self aware and a wish to be in the driving seat of your development.
