ACOT is seeking a dynamic Agent Relations Executive to build relationships with real estate agents and brokerage firms in Dubai. The role involves onboarding agents, promoting projects, organizing events, and driving engagement.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents and brokerage firms
- Identify, onboard, and engage new agent partners while strengthening existing relationships
- Promote multiple real estate projects and keep agents informed about new launches, offers, and market updates
- Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support
- Organize agent meetings, project presentations, networking events, and training sessions
- Drive agent engagement and participation to support sales targets
- Provide ongoing support to agent partners and address their queries promptly
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in agent relations, business development, or sales within the real estate industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain long term business relationships
- Self motivated, proactive, and target driven
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and developer projects is an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence is preferred
