Role Overview

- The Advanced Technology Specialist (ATS) helps customers define a new model for governing non human identities.
- Seeking a highly motivated Account Executive – Agentic Technology Specialist to cover the Middle East (UAE based).
- Focus on selling Agentic related technology solutions: Machine Identity Security, Data Access Security, Agent Identity Security, and Shadow AI Remediation.
Responsibilities
- Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
- Effectively address each customer’s and partner’s unique inquiries by providing accurate information and tailored solutions.
- Strategically engage with customers and business partners to maintain a high level of customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing plans through/with partners and end users.
- Pursue all leads supplied and ensure internal systems are updated.
- Lead the appropriate technical resources to demonstrate solutions.
Qualifications
- Business value led salesperson with ability to deliver UI demos, or sales ready Solutions Engineer.
- Curious and able to synthesize information rapidly.
- Experience as a specialist sales executive in a dynamic team based matrix selling environment.
- Consultative seller who understands how to discover mutual alignment between business value and technology solutions.
- Quickly becomes a competitive blackbelt, able to anticipate common objections.
- Knows how to work across various personas within IT organizations, ideally with Cybersecurity/Identity experience.
- Develops strong relationships and can operate at all levels from IT executives to individual contributors.
- Understands how to scale and empower other Account resources.
- Utilizes analytical tools and complex data to drive programs and plays.
- Can demonstrate expertise in SailPoint's Agentic Technology solutions and competitive positioning.
- Provides superior customer experience from first discovery call.
- Develops territory and opportunity plans.
