Responsibilities
- Deliver live, hands on technical workshops focused on Generative AI and Agentic workflow automation
- Lead coding labs guiding learners through building autonomous agents with tool calling and human in the loop triggers
- Provide actionable feedback on architecture design, stateful multi agent logic, and enterprise implementation strategies
- Keep training materials aligned with latest open source framework updates and emerging protocols
Requirements
- Active industry experience in AI engineering or architecture with hands on experience building autonomous AI systems
- Deep practical knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex
- Understanding of advanced RAG, tool calling capabilities, and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Proficient in Python and common LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, LLaMA)
- Strong command of English with ability to explain complex AI logic clearly
- Prior experience conducting technical bootcamps or corporate workshops (preferred)
- Experience with LLMOps/observability platforms (preferred)

Job Summary
- Futurise Training Institute is expanding its AI track and seeking freelance Agentic AI Trainers to lead hands on, project based technical training.
- This is a part time, fully flexible freelance role suitable for full time AI Engineers, Solutions Architects, or Tech Leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver live training: Facilitate advanced, hands on technical workshops focused on Generative AI and Agentic workflow automation.
- Lead coding labs: Guide learners step by step through real world sandboxes, helping them build autonomous agents with tool calling capacities and human in the loop triggers.
- Code review & mentorship: Provide actionable feedback on architecture design, stateful multi agent logic, and enterprise implementation strategies.
- Stay cutting edge: Keep training materials aligned with the latest open source framework updates and emerging protocols.
Required Skills & Experience
- Active industry experience: You must currently work in AI engineering, architecture, or technical development, with proven hands on experience building autonomous AI systems.
- Framework mastery: Deep, practical knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and LlamaIndex.
- Advanced concepts: Understanding of advanced RAG, tool calling capabilities, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Programming: Proficient in Python and common LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, LLaMA).
- Communication: Strong command of English with the ability to explain complex, asynchronous, or stateful AI logic clearly to other engineers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience conducting technical bootcamps, corporate workshops, or publishing developer content.
- Experience with LLMOps/observability platforms (e.g., LangSmith, Phoenix, Weights & Biases).
Pay
- AED 60.00 AED 90.00 per hour
