Job Description
- Identify manual, repetitive processes across departments and assess their automation potential using agentic AI.
- Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents that can read documents, extract data, make decisions, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously.
- Integrate AI agents with existing business systems (ERP, accounting platforms, email, spreadsheets, CRMs, internal tools) using APIs, MCP connectors, and automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make.
- Build prompts, tools, and guardrails that make agents reliable, safe, and aligned with business rules.
- Document workflows, write clear runbooks, and train end users on how to interact with deployed agents.
- Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving agentic AI landscape (new models, frameworks, tools) and recommend adoption where it adds clear value.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business pain points into automation roadmaps and measurable ROI.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in automation, AI/ML engineering, software development, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience building agents or automated workflows with tools such as Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI, LangChain, LangGraph, n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar.
- Strong understanding of LLM prompting, function/tool calling, and the agentic loop (plan → act → observe → iterate).
- Practical scripting ability in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript; comfortable working with REST APIs and JSON.
- Process-mapping mindset: able to break a messy human process down into clear, automatable steps.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and connecting agents to enterprise systems.
- Experience automating accounting, finance, or back-office workflows (e.g., invoicing, reconciliation, reporting).
- Familiarity with Arabic-language data processing and OCR for Arabic documents.
- Background in RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
