Contract and compensation
- The role is a contract position in the Middle East.
- Compensation is 40,000 AED per month.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy Salesforce Agentforce solutions, including autonomous agent workflows.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders to identify, shape, and prioritize valuable AI use cases.
- Rapidly prototype, test, and productionize solutions within a forward-deployed engineering model.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce, enterprise data platforms, and external systems.
- Translate operational challenges into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Advise on solution architecture, security, governance, and adoption of AI capabilities.
- Lead client workshops, demonstrations, and working sessions.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders throughout delivery and adoption.
Experience required
- Strong hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform.
- Practical experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, or wider Salesforce AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Flow, APIs, integrations, and Salesforce data architecture.
- Experience working within the Engineering and Construction sector or delivering technology solutions to E&C organizations.
- Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Willingness and ability to travel across the Middle East, including periods working onsite with the client.
