Position Summary

  • Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
  • Call guests to confirm scheduled services and answer questions.
  • Update reservations/cancellations list and inform providers of last minute changes.
  • Check in guests, confirm identity, and provide spa orientation.
  • Promote and sell spa/salon services.
  • Process guest payments and obtain payment authorization.
  • Accept and log cash tips for employees.
  • Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Accounting.
  • Notify Engineering of maintenance and repair needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
  • License or Certification: None.
